About the Role We are seeking a highly technical Senior Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and scaling of Nodes on the Matter Compiler — our modular manufacturing system. You will combine strong technical judgment with program leadership: defining scope and interfaces, setting ownership and success metrics, maintaining integrated plans, and running the operating cadence that drives execution. You will drive programs for integrated machine systems spanning precision motion, optics/metrology, vacuum process modules, embedded software, and factory workcell infrastructure. At Atomic Machines, the PMO is a leverage function. You will strengthen our execution system by tightening feedback loops, reducing friction, clarifying “done,” and surfacing high-integrity signals on progress, risks, and decisions. We are hiring TPMs across a range of experience levels from Senior to Senior Staff. Your actual level and compensation are determined based on your specific experience and skill level.
