Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, with expertise in distributed systems and cloud operations (AWS preferred).
Deep knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC, Kafka, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Lambda, WAF, KMS).
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
Proficiency in Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Python, and Bash.
Expertise in observability tools (Grafana, Elastic Stack, Prometheus).
Experience with Kubernetes and microservices reliability.

Nice To Haves

Telecom domain experience is a plus.
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect - Associate.
Terraform Associate or Kubernetes Certified Administrator (CKA).
SRE Foundation or Google SRE certification.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant systems on AWS.
Define reliability models using SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to ensure system stability and performance.
Build and maintain automation pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code modules for scalable, multi-account AWS environments.
Establish observability standards and create dashboards leveraging Elastic Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Integrate AIOps and anomaly detection for proactive monitoring and issue prevention.
Lead high-severity incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews, driving continuous reliability improvements.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across environments.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed SRE principles and automation into all delivery processes.
Mentor engineers and maintain architecture documentation, operational standards, and templates for SLOs, postmortems, and change management.
