Requirements

9+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
Track record as a leader in the areas of their domain, driving large-scale operational changes across an organization
Track record of staff-level+ contributions on multiple projects
Track record of coordinating implementation of high impact projects across many teams, delivering projects with reliable deadlines and milestones over multiple quarters
Experience creating scalable impact by one or more of the following: Up-leveling peers, supporting peers in their technical proposals, or supporting their technical designs
Prior leadership experience as technical lead/architect
Demonstrated ability to assist other teams with diagnosing or root-causing their incidents.
