Requirements

  • 9+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
  • Track record as a leader in the areas of their domain, driving large-scale operational changes across an organization
  • Track record of staff-level+ contributions on multiple projects
  • Track record of coordinating implementation of high impact projects across many teams, delivering projects with reliable deadlines and milestones over multiple quarters
  • Experience creating scalable impact by one or more of the following: Up-leveling peers, supporting peers in their technical proposals, or supporting their technical designs
  • Prior leadership experience as technical lead/architect
  • Demonstrated ability to assist other teams with diagnosing or root-causing their incidents.
