Job Description As the Senior Staff Software Engineer, Research Systems and lead business analyst, you will allocate and coordinate resources, ensuring project timelines and business goals are met efficiently. You will function as the lead business and participate in all evaluations for new or updated applications. You are expected to have an insight into pharmaceutical research and technological trends, particularly in cloud computing, agile methodologies, data analytics, AI/ML, etc. This role demands exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Post-implementation, you will conduct thorough reviews to assess effectiveness and monitor ongoing operations for optimization opportunities to evolving needs. You will coordinate and manage internal and external resources to support assigned projects, pivotal in supporting and modeling the culture within your team and the broader organization - a culture of high-performance, data-driven decision-making, value-driven prioritization, quality governance, and compliance. This role requires a solid foundation in biological sciences, an exceptional understanding of technology, and the ability to serve as an effective liaison across the functional areas of Research to facilitate the development of digital solutions that advance drug development efforts.
