About The Position

As the lead BA, you will evaluate processes, analyze options, and propose solutions. These may span small- and large-molecule drug discovery and may be related to in-house solutions or those purchased from industry vendors. Through collaboration, a Gilead Business Analyst ensures that solutions fully align with scientific objectives, fostering innovation and strategic achievement. As a BA at Gilead, you will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the science and technology realms associated with drug discovery. You will create functional design specifications, testing plans, and creative technology solutions in this role. As software is developed or deployed via an evolutionary agile process, you will be part of the cycle and contribute to the project management, ensuring the software's desired impact on drug discovery.
