About The Position

Are you a technical leader who thrives on solving complex data challenges in the investment management space? Do you have a passion for financial markets, asset modeling, and building scalable systems? Are you excited to architect and evolve core platform services that enable transparency and speed across the investment lifecycle? If so, we invite you to join our innovative team. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on Ridgeline's Portfolio team, you'll help build an industry-defining platform that powers key services such as Portfolio, Market Data, and Security Master. Your work will directly shape how investment data is modeled, integrated, and delivered-supporting complex asset classes, global market coverage, and real-time insights. You will translate nuanced financial concepts into extensible, high-performance systems and collaborate across disciplines to scale our backend infrastructure. Working with cutting-edge technologies-including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT-you'll refine both platform architecture and team productivity, contributing to a culture of innovation and engineering excellence. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions-not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we'd love to meet you. You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
