As a Senior Staff Software Engineer with a full-stack leaning towards frontend, you will join the First Time Use (FTU) organization to help our customers grow their business by leveraging the power of QuickBooks and Mailchimp together. This role involves creating seamless experiences that provide recommendations to drive revenue for our customers, enabling them to grow and run their businesses most effectively. This position is hybrid, allowing employees to collaborate in person with team members in our New York City office two or more days per week. You will be responsible for leading the technical vision for FTU with a platform mindset, building reusable components for the entire organization, and executing the FTU vision based on insights from customer behavior and research. Your role will also involve driving significant technology initiatives end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering highly available, scalable web applications and microservices with a focus on quality, security, and performance metrics.
