Senior/Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack (Frontend Leaning)
About The Position
We are looking for passionate Staff and Senior Software Engineers with a strong front-end focus to help us build scalable, high-quality, and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will shape the look, feel, and performance of our web applications, ensuring seamless interaction and accessibility across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop elegant, responsive interfaces powered by modern frameworks and libraries. While your primary focus will be on the front-end, you’ll also have opportunities to work across the full stack—integrating with backend APIs, optimizing data flow, and experimenting with emerging technologies like large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI-powered features. This role is perfect for engineers who are passionate about great design, care deeply about user experience, and thrive in a collaborative environment where learning and innovation are encouraged.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end or front-end–leaning full-stack work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with modern build tools, state management, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with a user-first mindset.
- Clear and effective communicator who collaborates well with design and product teams.
- Ability to empathize with users and translate insights into thoughtful product experiences.
- Experience working in agile, iterative environments with continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven success contributing within dynamic, cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with design systems or component libraries.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of engaging, performant, and maintainable user interfaces.
- Contribute to product direction and help shape the visual and interactive aspects of our platform.
- Focus primarily on front-end technologies (approximately 80% front end, 20% backend).
- Develop responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces using React and TypeScript, while integrating with APIs and backend systems as needed.
- Translate customer needs and design concepts into intuitive and functional web experiences.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Stay ahead of front-end trends, frameworks, and performance optimization best practices.
- Identify and solve complex UI challenges, and introduce tools or workflows that improve development speed and quality.
