Entergy is looking for a talented, experienced, and innovative Project Engineer to be a part of the Power Development engineering team that will be driving innovation and technological advancements to enhance the reliability, affordability, and sustainability of our new power generation projects. This position collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and maintain the company's standards in engineering design for new generation plants (gas and renewables), energy storage projects, and other zero or low carbon technologies. Ensures that engineering products are complete, accurate and constructible for all elements of a project's scope. Exhibits and promotes a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, implementation of best practices, and application of lessons learned. This position is responsible for coordinating efforts of cross-functional teams and building effective relationships with key internal/external stakeholders, including contractors. The Project Engineer is required to work directly with multiple Project Managers and Project Controls staff as a technical resource during the development phase.
