About The Position

Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to drive innovation and efficiency by improving the way we use tools and automating processes through our existing tooling ecosystem and AI. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and unlock new capabilities that scale with WBD's global operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, be comfortable autonomously identifying opportunities for automation and partnering across business groups to adapt to evolving technological and operational needs. Your efforts will be instrumental in advancing automation initiatives and optimizing tools for Global Product & Design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience in a tech-focused organization, preferably in the Product, Design, or Engineering space.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments, excelling in project execution, tooling implementation or process automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI and/or automation technologies and their application to process optimization.
  • Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure project impact and present data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in modern tooling platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, Asana) and familiarity with defining requirements and leading teams to integrate AI and/or automation tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to identify opportunities to optimize tooling and processes. Focus on key results driving efficiency and reduction of manual effort through delivery of automation initiatives.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate automation solutions into existing tools, driving and operational efficiency. Initially this will include leveraging existing Data Analysts within GP&D and Engineering resources to help with execution.
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving tool adoption and utilization across teams.
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for tooling enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and scalability needs.
  • Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, timeline management, execution, stakeholder communication, rollout, and driving adoption.
  • Track and report on the impact of process improvements by establishing clear metrics, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and providing detailed insights into efficiency gains and ROI.
  • Identify, define and drive dashboard and/or report development to visualize progress and trends, enabling teams and leadership to make data-driven decisions.
  • Regularly review, recommend and influence process improvements across Product Operations to drive efficiency in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Product and Engineering teams on joint automation, AI, ML and Tooling initiatives to ensure a seamless and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
