About The Position

The Senior Staff Program Manager will lead operational excellence initiatives across product and technology teams, optimizing processes, tools, and organizational rhythms to maximize efficiency and impact. This role interacts with cross-functional leaders and individual contributors across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic priorities. You will identify improvement opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and oversee operational programs that enhance communication, decision-making, and program delivery. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Operations, and/or Program Management within enterprise software or SaaS organizations.
  • 5+ years leading organizational-level process improvements in product and technology teams.
  • Expertise in Operational Excellence frameworks and program execution.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for executive-level audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize competing initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Agile/Scrum program management experience with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational improvement initiatives across product lifecycle processes and tooling to enhance efficiency, scalability, and outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate key operational cadences such as QBRs, interlocks, and all-hands meetings.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support critical business processes, including software capitalization and organizational goal-setting.
  • Evaluate and optimize communication frameworks to ensure alignment and clarity across global teams.
  • Identify unstructured business challenges, design solutions, and drive execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support Agile/Scrum-based program planning and execution, balancing data-driven insights with development priorities.
