In this role as a Senior Staff Product Manager, Platform, you will be responsible for building the people data platform for Checkr. The PeopleData function serves as the foundational pillar for all data at Checkr. Its core mandate is to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective acquisition and processing of the vast amounts of data required to power those products. This includes the critical responsibility of strategically managing routing with various data vendors, ensuring reliable data quality, and continuously expanding data coverage to enhance the comprehensiveness and accuracy of our results. As a Senior Staff Product Manager on this team, you will work closely with engineering and other cross-functional partners to define and execute the product strategy for our data platform. You will solve complex challenges such as expanding data coverage with vendors and manual fulfillment, fulfilling searches in the most efficient manner through intelligent orchestration and anomaly detection for any deviations in data quality & Turn around time. The projects you'll be working on are high impact and scale: you'll be advancing our architecture and systems to lead Checkr into the next generation of product offerings.
