About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior or Staff Product Manager to lead product for HOAi’s AI Agent Platform and the customer-facing outcomes it enables. This role sits at the intersection of platform, workflow, and delivery: you will help define the core agent capabilities that power our product, while also ensuring those capabilities translate into real, end-to-end results for customers in production. This is not a role for someone who only wants to ship features or manage a backlog. It is a role for someone who wants to own the full loop: identifying high-value customer problems, shaping the platform and product capabilities required to solve them, and driving those solutions all the way through to measurable operational impact. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership to define what our agents can do, how they do it, where they deliver value, and how we improve them over time. You’ll be close to the platform, close to the customer, and accountable for the business results in between.

Requirements

  • Senior PM: 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, workflow, or enterprise software
  • Staff PM: 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex, cross-functional products and driving outcomes at scale
  • Experience building products where success depends on both platform capability and real-world customer results, not just feature shipment
  • Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, workflow, or systems products — you understand what makes these products effective, reliable, and usable in production
  • Strong technical fluency — you do not need to write code, but you must be able to engage deeply with engineers on architecture, tradeoffs, reliability, and system design
  • Strong customer and business instincts — you know how to connect technical capabilities to operational pain points and measurable customer value
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not exist yet
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to move from customer discovery to product spec to executive roadmap discussion with clarity and precision
  • A strong ownership mindset and bias for outcomes — you care about what ships, but even more about whether it works and delivers value in the hands of customers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in property management, real estate, HOA, or community association management
  • Experience working on agentic AI, LLM-powered products, orchestration systems, or autonomous workflow platforms
  • Experience partnering closely with customer success, implementation, solutions, or operations teams to deliver complex products in real customer environments
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth SaaS company where you helped build products from 0 to 1 and scale them in market

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across both the AI Agent Platform and the customer workflows/outcomes it powers
  • Define agent capabilities, system behaviors, orchestration patterns, guardrails, and operational tooling needed to deliver reliable autonomous workflows in production
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams to identify the highest-value operational problems for agents to solve, and translate them into product opportunities
  • Drive products from concept to production, ensuring we are not just shipping platform primitives, but delivering end-to-end agent results that customers adopt and trust
  • Partner deeply with engineering to understand technical constraints and possibilities, and make strong tradeoff decisions across speed, quality, reliability, and scalability
  • Define and own success metrics across both platform health and customer impact — including reliability, completion rates, accuracy, escalation rates, operational throughput, time saved, adoption, and business value delivered
  • Establish feedback loops from customer deployments back into platform and product improvements, so the system gets better with every release and every workflow launched
  • Partner with design to create agent experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and operationally effective for both operators and residents
  • Work cross-functionally with go-to-market, implementation, customer success, and operations teams to ensure agent products are successfully launched, expanded, and delivering results in the field
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous product and workflow problems, and help define what great AI-native vertical SaaS looks like in practice
