As our Senior-Staff, Planning Operations Lead, you will define the "Go/No-Go" rhythm that powers our launch velocity. You are the bridge builder who aligns Product, Engineering, and Risk partners on a single, unified path to release. Your mandate is simple: accelerate the good, catch the bad, and automate the rest. You will serve as the definitive face and single point of accountability for launch readiness, driving a holistic launch management approach that partners closely with our review and release teams. This includes establishing strategic partnerships with product, engineering & infrastructure teams to evolve and harden the Go/No-Go management process, ensuring system stability and resilience are core launch gates. You’ll also serve as the key operational leader for managing our organizational data within our internal launch, planning and goaling tools. Partnering with leaders and cross-functional planning teams, you’ll enable real-time visibility through our tools to empower our teams to execute with velocity. If you love turning chaos into clarity and friction into flow, this is your role.
