About The Position

Design, integrate, and test IVI platform features like STR, LPM, storage, logging, etc. Design and develop interfaces that span within and across IVI software. Test, debug, and tweak code when necessary to make the features work E2E. Develop requirements and engage with relevant stakeholders for execution. Serve as an IVI generalist that can act as a liaison to internal and external customers. Define KPIs and telemetry to track feature adoption and failure modes in the field. Debug and root-cause complex issues spanning software and hardware, driving timely fixes back to development. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • ⁠8+ years of experience in vehicle software integration and testing.
  • Experience integrating and testing end to end automotive software.
  • Proven ability to deliver production quality IVI software features in a SDV architecture.
  • A strong grasp of software integration and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with infotainment systems, embedded software validation, or automotive-grade platforms (Android, QNX, Linux).
  • A track record of successfully debugging complex software and system problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing or testing directly on physical automotive hardware or vehicles.
  • Experience testing on prototype and development vehicles or Labcars
  • Experience working with specific infotainment operating systems (like Android Automotive, Linux)
  • Strong understanding of vehicle networks and debugging tools (CAN, PCAN, Vector, Wireshark).
  • Experience with performance testing concepts and automating performance checks.
