About The Position

Motion is undergoing a complete frontend re-architecture. As we scale from a small consumer app to a suite of B2B products, we need to maintain performance and scalability. Example initiatives include implementing a local-first sync engine to keep data always up to date, supporting offline mode, splitting up the app into micro frontends, dramatically reducing time to first paint, and many more deep initiatives. This will be a role where you will make long-lasting technical decisions and permanently shape the app. You will work with other staff+ engineers on the frontend and the backend to drive major technical initiatives across the finish line.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $270,000 - $375,000
• Bonus: $0 - $150,000
• Total Compensation: $504,000 - $965,000 (includes equity & bonus)
• Visa Sponsorship available for qualified candidates
