About The Position

About Marvell Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities. At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead. Your Team, Your Impact The Marvell Post-Silicon Validation team develops advanced test platforms used to validate multi core Arm based network processors and custom ASICs deployed across a wide range of communications infrastructure, including 5G base stations, storage, CXL memory expanders, A.I. Accelerators, NICs, data center systems, and cloud computing platforms. The team contributes to multiple aspects of product development and validation—spanning functional, electrical, and system level stress testing. You will help define and implement software, test plans, and utilities that support internal validation efforts and customer platform enablement. Our team validates a broad range of high speed interfaces and features on multi core Arm processors, including DDR5, Ethernet, PCIe, USB, eMMC, and more. In this role as a Software/Firmware Developer within the Post Silicon Validation team, you will play a critical part throughout several phases of silicon bring up and product development. Core responsibilities include developing memory initialization routines, diagnostic tools, fault injection methodologies, and other low level software components. You will validate software behavior and protocol compliance using emulation platforms and protocol analyzers. Additionally, you will have opportunities to design software utilities and solutions that support both internal validation workflows and customer platforms, with a strong focus on high speed memory technologies such as DDR5, LPDDR5X, and HBM.
