About The Position

Netwrix seeking an accomplished Senior Staff Engineer in Artificial Intelligence to lead the strategic integration of AI across our enterprise. This pivotal role involves evangelizing AI initiatives, developing AI-compatible infrastructure, and enabling agentic AI solutions throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven track record of driving AI adoption in complex environments.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, prompt chaining, and other LLM-adjacent technologies.
• 8-10 years experience in full-stack development a strong plus, but not required for the right candidate.
• Proven experience with building applications on any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability in implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Experience building technical demos and delivering presentations to audiences of 50+ individuals.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker who can balance immediate needs with long-term vision.
• Collaborative leader who excels at gaining buy-in across diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action in delivering practical, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CIO to define and promote a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Advocate for AI adoption across departments, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure, including data pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure infrastructure supports real-time AI applications and agentic AI capabilities.
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making and task execution across various business functions.
• Leverage technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to enhance agent performance.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams involved in AI projects.
• Establish best practices for AI development, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.
• Implement monitoring mechanisms to assess AI system performance and mitigate risks.
• Lead regular sessions with Netwrix employees to promote new capabilities, train them, and drive usage.
