This is a key technical role, responsible for pinpointing the root cause of failures, leading teardowns, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future issues. You will be at the core of our Engineering Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) program, working closely with the Quality department, Member Experience, and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in failure analysis of electrical systems, electronics testing methods, and circuit design. As a senior team member, you will also provide technical leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to drive effective solutions that enhance product reliability and improve the customer experience. This is a hybrid role in our San Francisco office (2-3 days).
