For more information, please visit grail.com GRAIL’s Legal Organization is seeking a dynamic, collaborative Senior Staff Corporate Counsel to join the Corporate Transactions team with a strong focus on Commercial partnerships and commercial contracting. This role will support GRAIL’s commercial organization—including Providers, Health Systems, Strategic Growth Accounts, Market Access, Payers, and Commercial Operations. This position requires substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements typical of the life sciences and diagnostics industry, as well as experience advising clients on commercial strategy, customer-facing engagements, go-to-market initiatives, vendor transactions, and risk mitigation. You will work cross-functionally, independently, and closely with senior and executive leaders, including GRAIL’s Commercial and other business leadership teams. This position reports to the Head of Commercial Law. This role is based in Menlo Park, California, and will move to Sunnyvale, California, in Fall 2026. It offers a flexible work arrangement, with the ability to work from GRAIL's office or from home. Our current flexible work arrangement policy requires that a minimum of 40%, or 16 hours, of your total work week be on-site. Your specific schedule, determined in collaboration with your manager, will align with team and business needs and could exceed the 40% requirement for the site. At our Menlo Park campus, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the key days where we encourage on-site presence to engage in events and on-site activities.
