4year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience
This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Design, Testing, and Analysis: Designs, tests, and analyzes high-complexity systems. Ensures alignment with department-wide quality, reliability, and maintainability standards.
Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements with a measurable impact on team efficiency, quality, and cycle time.
Project Support and Leadership: Oversees all engineering aspects of highly complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Serves as a mentor and trainer for engineers, technicians, and designers on advanced tasks and processes. May serve as a technical advisor.
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves intricate technical problems within systems using comprehensive analytical methods and appropriate technologies.
Best Practices and Design Standards: Leads the development and implementation of advanced design standards and innovative engineering strategies. Proactively drives best practices across departments.
Design, Testing, and Analysis: Designs, tests, and analyzes high-complexity systems with site wide impact. Establishes department-wide standards for producibility, testability, maintainability, and reliability.
