Requirements

• 10-12 years of solid experience in Product Ownership.
• Expertise in Product Planning and Road mapping.
• Strong Customer Focus.
• Experience in Product Design.
• Expert in Program Backlog Management.

Responsibilities

• Defining and communicating the product vision and strategy.
• Aligning product goals with business objectives and market trends.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the product meets customer needs.
• Defining the User experience of the product.
• Engaging with customers, end-users, and business leaders to gather feedback and insights.
• Analyzing user feedback and market trends to improve the product.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements.
• Owning and managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and refined.
• Prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Defining and tracking key product performance metrics (KPIs).
