Job Overview: As part of the Operational Excellence team, the Business Analyst will support large-scale transformation programs by driving change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and end users to capture requirements, define impacts, support communications/training needs, and track adoption and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, process impacts, and change scope for transformation initiatives
• Support change planning by identifying stakeholders, user groups, and adoption risks.
• Create and maintain business-ready documentation (process flows, user stories, impact assessments, SOPs).
• Assist in communication planning (audience mapping, key messages, rollout updates)
• Support training and readiness activities (training needs analysis, enablement support, FAQs).
• Track change/adoption metrics and help report progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify resistance points and support mitigation through feedback loops and action plans
• Coordinate across project teams to manage dependencies, issues, and timeline alignment.
• Support project delivery governance with status reporting.
