The Data & Analytics - Senior Staff Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering, developing, and managing the systems and technologies that underpin our data initiatives. This position collaborates across the organization to design and implement a cutting-edge data and analytics infrastructure, providing the foundation for data-driven decision-making. By enabling leaders to track progress toward key metrics and gain actionable insights, this role is critical to driving business performance. As a highly technical engineering resource, the Staff Engineer will lead and mentor a small team of data and analytics engineers while executing complex, high-impact projects. The role requires a deep understanding of the data that fuels various business units and involves creating efficient data models and scalable infrastructure. Working closely with Senior Leadership, IT, and digital product leaders, the Staff Engineer ensures the seamless alignment of eloquent technical solutions with business objectives.
