About The Position

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Staff Analyst to join the team as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeper based out of either Auburn, WA; Frederickson, WA; Renton, WA or Everett, WA. As a Senior Staff Analyst specializing in OSHA recordkeeping, the selected candidate will bring a meticulous approach to maintaining and coordinating vital safety data. With a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements, the candidate will ensure accurate and up-to-date records for detailed auditing and reporting. Showcasing your expertise in data analysis and problem-solving, the selected candidate will identify trends and recommend proactive measures to mitigate workplace hazards and improve overall safety performance. With a passion for encouraging a culture of safety, the candidate will be committed to supporting interpersonal goals and optimizing workplace well-being through meticulous recordkeeping and informative analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
  • 1+ years of experience with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Recordkeeping policies, practices, laws and regulations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with chart building tools, power queries, pivot tables, and creating macros in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Tableau Software

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements plans to comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) recordkeeping regulations and policies
  • Analyzes internal and external effective practices
  • Develops and implements new record management capabilities
  • Establishes and promotes organizational EHS recordkeeping policies, processes and strategies
  • Evaluates new EHS recordkeeping technologies and processes and develops implementation strategies
  • Leads teams in implementing process improvements, programs and initiatives
