Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience in Java or another object-oriented programming language required.
  • Strong background in Production Engineering; experience with large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated abilities in gathering and defining technical requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing the full software development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and installation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to work independently.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent quality work.
  • A passion for healthcare technology and its potential to transform lives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct team of client integration engineers by defining their daily and operational priorities and providing day to day leadership and development
  • Leverage your expertise in software and systems engineering to manage and support our large-scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Act as a technical liaison, gathering and defining client-specific integration requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to drive software development, system configurations, and continuous improvements.
  • Oversee the full software development life cycle, from requirement analysis and design to coding, testing, documentation, and system installation.
  • Provide data center and customer support as required, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our systems.
  • Mentor and lead a team of talented integrations engineers.
