About The Position

Join our team as a Senior SQA Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge warehouse automation. This role focuses on end-to-end testing across a distributed software ecosystem that integrates real-time orchestration, robotics, and customer-facing applications. You’ll work in simulation and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments to validate workflows and diagnose issues across multiple system layers.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in QA, systems validation, or integration testing
Experience testing distributed systems or multi-service architectures
Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and/or simulation environment experience
Strong debugging skills across multiple system layers
Experience with end-to-end and integration testing
Familiarity with APIs, messaging systems, or asynchronous architectures
Exposure to cloud-based systems
Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

Nice To Haves

Background in robotics, IoT, automotive, or industrial systems
Experience with real-time or highly orchestrated systems
Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or similar
Experience with performance and scalability testing
Exposure to test automation frameworks (tool-agnostic)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end system validation across a multi-component, distributed software stack
Design and execute testing for integration, workflows, and cross-service interactions
Test within simulation, digital twin, and HIL environments
Diagnose and triage issues across application software, distributed services, APIs, and simulation or test infrastructure
Validate API contracts, data flow, and system behavior under load including latency, throughput, and resilience
Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure quality across releases
Help evolve test strategy, tooling, and team capabilities
