The Senior Sponsorships Manager for Prime Video Ads will play a crucial role in shaping advertising sponsorships and integrations for Prime Video. This position involves developing and managing sponsorship packages, ensuring effective pricing and flawless launches, and collaborating with various teams to meet advertiser needs. The role is designed for a professional who can innovate and drive results in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of the Prime Video Advertising program.

  • Develop sponsorship packages with partner teams for the Sponsorship program across Content, Marketing, Product and GTM.
  • Contribute to managing revenue goals and other KPIs for the Prime Video Advertising Sponsorship and Integrations program.
  • Manage mechanisms to track sales pipeline/demand, manage pre-sales pitches and post-sale execution, and audit/improve results.
  • Innovate with Ads and Amazon/MGM Studios to develop exciting advertising-friendly packages against key Amazon Originals titles and editorial initiatives.
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Experience in building streaming sponsorship opportunities.
