Senior Specification Engineer - DC/MD/VA
About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or related field.
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in development and review of contract/standards specifications.
Responsibilities
- Formulate solutions to resolve any issues relating to design specifications preparation
- Analyze design specifications submittals for conformance with the WMATA Standard Design Criteria and Construction Specifications and with Construction Specification and Drawing deficiencies
- Coordinate with other WMATA offices to ensure Specifications compatibility with procurement regulations, legal contract clauses and the WMATA Compact.
