About The Position

The Cyber Security Tower Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Cyber Security team and the Enterprise Infrastructure security tools such as Firewalls, email security, security event monitoring systems, malware detection, and enterprise-level antivirus solutions/systems, IAM/PAM & GRC. The role requires a strong leader to guide and mentor the security team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform effectively. The Security Lead will also manage the security budget, participate in updating technology roadmaps, and help clients define and deploy effective security solutions while addressing regulatory and compliance challenges.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in multiple Cybersecurity technologies and products.
• Broad knowledge of current security practices and trends.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Familiarity with securing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
• Proficiency with SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanners.
• Understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC.
