The Senior Specialist, Value Stream Transformation role will drive meaningful changes by leading continuous Improvement initiatives globally for the APS Division. This is a hands-on role with the focus on embedding Lean methodologies to deliver sustainable operational excellence. This role aims to drive optimal business performance and includes Digital Business Transformation deployment, OTS improvement, lead time reduction, and factory modeling & simulation analysis.

  • Lead and support Digital Business Transformation efforts for the division - Photo Bulk & FOUP (APS Pilots)
  • Facilitate alignment between operational processes, technological solutions, and strategic objectives across manufacturing functions
  • Collaborate with IT teams to validate data integrity and lead the design and development of user-centric interface tools
  • Drive project execution by maintaining detailed plans, providing regular workstream updates, and coordinating closely with core team members to ensure timely delivery
  • Support and lead customer lead time optimization and OTS (CXI) Support
  • Support and lead operation profitability/gross margin roadmap development- Alignment with business partner global strategies
  • Support continuous improvement training & program implementation (SPC Deployment, Lean six-sigma, 6S, Tier Daily Mgt etc.)
  • APS Factory Layout Modeling & Simulations - FlexSim 3D Simulation Tool
  • Promote standardization of best practices across the global manufacturing network
  • Support CI activities at other sites or in non-manufacturing functions as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related Sciences degrees, Operations, Supply Chain
  • A minimum of 3 years or more of related experience
  • Lean manufacturing and operations exposure
  • Proven ability to drive change in a matrix environment
  • Ability to successfully motivate and maintain employee involvement while driving change
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience in program management and cross-functional leaders
  • The ability to work on-site is required for this role
