Lead company-wide engineering team performing design, development, and test of complex systems-of-system enterprise autonomy capabilities. As a Senior Specialist, Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Engineer, you will be involved in iterative development and test sprints of software for collaborative autonomy, aligning evolving customer requirements with the team’s overall technical capacity and maturity and ensuring that delivered capabilities meet the program’s test objectives. The SI&T Engineer is responsible for the technical baseline and associated deliverables, guiding the team through iterative sprint milestones while managing technical risk and tracking action items to closure.
