Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, performance management or project management or Graduate degree and 4 years of experience. In lieu of a degree, must have 10 years or prior related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)
• Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or related
• Professional certifications: Six Sigma GreenBelt / Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional
• Experience in automation, supply chain analytics or advanced analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop, track and maintain KPIs and other metrics
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain performance reports and tools
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop and oversee corrective action implementation
• Build and support scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide decision making
• Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile project management to streamline supply chain processes
• Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables and escalate issues and propose solutions
• Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
• Drive standardization and best practices across the Segment
• Monitor and report on supply chain performance against targets and benchmarks
• Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risks
• Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to execution and post implementation review
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
