About The Position

The Senior Specialist - Strategic Programs & Business Operations will play a crucial role within the Corporate & Site Services (CSS) team, focusing on business transformation projects and strategic initiatives. This position involves collaborating with global teams to enhance organizational performance through effective project management, communication, and strategy development. The role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes and the ability to analyze data to support internal business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain or Procurement related area.
  • 5+ years of experience in Audit, Chief of Staff, or PMO role with successful implementation experience.
  • Proven experience working with senior/executive leaders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in large-scale organizational change initiatives.
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively within international teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management and/or operational management.
  • International experience in a global environment.
  • Knowledge of performance management & reporting best practices.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power-BI.
  • Familiarity with Ariba or similar sourcing systems.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sourcing Management in detailed market analyses to provide insights and leverage data visualization.
  • Collaborate on planning large team meetings and create global communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Assist leadership in managing initiatives within Indirect Sourcing & Operations (IS&O).
  • Engage stakeholders positively through problem-solving and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with IS&O Leaders and Finance on profit plan development and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team operational performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for contract documentation in support of global audits.
