The Associate Principal - Architecture role focuses on being a Salesforce Technical Architect with a specialization in Data Cloud. The position is based in Warren, NJ, and requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The architect will provide best practice advice, lead technical workshops, and develop solutions that align with clients' business needs. This role also involves managing direct reports, mentoring junior team members, and engaging with stakeholders to build strong relationships.

  • Lead technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications.
  • Provide Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to client's ecosystems.
  • Develop creative solutions that solve our client's business and technical problems.
  • Lead and facilitate project delivery to define business functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop data integration, data migration, and DevOps deployment strategies.
  • Provide coaching and establish standards to the development team during the implementation phase.
  • Preparation of Demonstration orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization.
  • Manage direct reports and mentor junior team members.
  • Engage with client's stakeholders to understand their needs and provide meaningful solutions.
  • Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan.
  • Assess, advocate for, and approve external technologies such as Salesforce AppExchange packages for their suitability.
  • Engage in practice development initiatives and run knowledge sharing forums.
  • Identify and develop employee skill matrix on technology industry and soft skills.
  • Identify and work on Account Mining activities to generate more revenue.
  • Hands-on implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products and APIs.
  • Expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and LWC.
  • Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated success in applying critical thinking and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex business processes across multiple business domains.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results.
  • Experience with Agile Development and Scrum practices.
  • Experience writing user stories, requirements, test scripts, and test cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manufacturing domain knowledge.
  • Conversant with compliance and regulatory norms governing the industry.
  • Experience with architectural diagrams, architectural patterns, CI/CD architecture, microservices architecture, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Quality documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions.
