About The Position
The position involves providing technology skills and capabilities within the Enterprise Search domain. The candidate will identify customer search needs and translate those requirements into IT solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Enterprise Search solutions leveraging collaboration platforms, following the company's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes, and preparing documentation. The role also requires defining and implementing enterprise and project-specific information management policies, taxonomies, workflows, and lifecycle management. The successful candidate will assist in designing, planning, building, and operating the Enterprise Search capability as part of the collaboration ecosystem, define best practices and guidelines for search capability, identify capability gaps, and contribute to Enterprise Search roadmaps. Collaboration with global IT teams and cross-functional teams is essential to tackle challenges at the intersection of healthcare, information, and technology. The position requires 10% domestic and international travel.
