Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sponsorship management, project management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing sponsorships for B2B organizations.
  • Familiarity with sponsorships, internal creative agency processes and logistics management.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices and tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital and social media activations tied to sponsorships.
  • Understanding of the human capital management (HCM) industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tool Wrike is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and execute detailed project plans for sponsorships and other creative initiatives, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee logistics related to sponsorships, including activations, VIP experiences, and branded materials.
  • Manage creative deliverables for sponsorships, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all assets.
  • Flex into a project management role as needed, coordinating tasks across the creative team to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create detailed project plans and schedules in Wrike, clearly defining tasks, timelines, milestones, and assignees allocating resources to the correct creative team members with little oversight.
  • Ensure project requests and solutions align with the organization's strategic direction and all information given is ready for the creative team to execute.
  • Develop project documentation to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices.
  • Communicate key project communications to departmental team members on a regular cadence.
  • Ability to lead kickoffs, present project plans and lead a team throughout a project.
  • Ensure project priorities and solutions align with the organization's strategic direction.
  • Ensure projects flow seamlessly and correctly following best practices for accurate reporting.
  • Liaise between creative and project requestors as deadlines and resource allocation shifts.
  • Demonstrate potential to lead weekly creative workload meetings.
