  • Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.
  • Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs.
  • Drive planning, initiation, and management of corporate programs.
  • Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Manage program and proposal progress to assure scope, schedule deadlines, budgets, and process standards are achieved.
  • Lead program teams through all phases of the program/project life cycle.
  • Manage relationships with all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Engage in direct customer interaction when scoping new product capabilities.
  • Track program progress and conduct status meetings with all team members.
  • Independently perform program/project management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate and communicate with customers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Communicate customer's goals and represent their interests to the team.
  • Interact with other departments to gather, monitor, and analyze performance data.
  • Be responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables.
  • Provide project status reports and address issues as appropriate.
  • Verify that processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met.
  • Pursue opportunities for program growth and new business.
  • Actively look for new employees.
  • Bachelor's (BS or BA) degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent education and related experience.
  • 6 years minimum experience as a Program Manager, Assistant PM, Deputy PM, Project Manager, or Project Engineer in a Federal Government environment.
  • Experience with Armed Platforms, Helicopter/Rotary Wing Program Management.
  • Experience working on Contract Proposals.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Armed platform/Helo/Rotary/program management/Proposal experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior lead/leadership experience.
  • Experience with DOD Hardware/Firmware/Software development.
