Requirements

  • Minimum Interim Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of program management in a DoD and/or international environment.
  • Approximately 20% Travel will be required to support customer requirements based on business needs.

  • Demonstrated experience with full Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
  • Demonstrated communication and leadership acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical corporate wide projects from request for proposal (RFP) to design and delivery requirements.
  • Lead the proposal preparation and internal and external negotiation.
  • Prepare SOW specifications and manage contract performance (cost, schedule, and quality).
  • Brief customer, user, and upper management on all facets of the program.
  • Direct the work of functional employees in the execution of assigned projects.
  • Establish and monitor performance to schedules, plans, and milestones.
  • Work alongside the finance team for requirements associated with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data collection, reporting, and variance justification.
  • Lead the overall integration of the program integrated master schedule (IMS) with tracking and reporting system.
