About The Position

THE ROLE Entegris is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist to join our dynamic global Product Management team. This position will be based onsite in Chaska, MN. If hired into this role, you will act as a key team member for our North American Product Management team through supporting growth activities within our Fluid Management and Instrumentation product portfolio. This role will also include partnering with our global sales team to support business development in the European market by providing market analysis, managing forecasts, and executing initiatives that meet revenue and customer experience goals.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Product Management , Product Marketing , or a related field
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.
  • A self starter who can develop plans, effectively prioritize, and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and develop sound options.
  • Strong analytical mindset as proven through analyzing industry trends and aligning market insights with business objectives to support informed decision-making and drive growth
  • Experience in product management or related function within a manufacturing industry highly desired

Nice To Haves

  • E xperience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environment; prior experience with a multi-national company is desirable
  • Ability to travel up to 10 % of time

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales teams to develop growth strategies and promotional initiatives to meet revenue objectives and expand market share
  • Engage the sales forecasting process and track against target
  • Support achievement of Customer Experience Index (CXI) targets and lead key account plan execution to drive satisfaction and growth
  • Engage key customers through VOC, TRMs, and relationship management to strengthen partnerships and gather actionable insights.
  • Provide operational and strategic support to Business Unit Product Managers
  • Prepare regular revenue reports for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Assist Business Unit Product Managers by coordinating the change management process, ensuring changes are properly managed in the system and communicated effectively to the market.
