As a Sr. Specialist Procurement Business Partner (Indirect), you'll be responsible for owning the Business Partner relationship with key stakeholders across multiple groups across the larger demand generation and corporate services functions. You will develop partnerships with category owners and act as the direct contact for procurement. Additionally, your role will be crucial in driving sustainable solutions with suppliers, while engaging in key functional initiatives to align business needs with sourcing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years' of experience in procurement, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Above Market and At Market Procurement Team in business review meetings.
  • Assist with information flow between functional stakeholders and sourcing teams to effectively deliver business strategies and strategic planning.
  • Partner with functional stakeholders and buyers to align on key metrics of the business or function in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP).
  • Own and measure cost improvement targets and projects. Report to functional stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Monitor business goals delivered by the functional teams and help periodically reassess the targets.
  • Identify specific cost improvement opportunities and present them to the demand generation and corporate services stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and implementation.
  • Monitor progress against targets and identify gaps. Effectively communicate these findings as well as gap closing strategies to Procurement leadership and stakeholders each month.
