About The Position

The Senior Specialist, PR & EE Comms is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization, publication, and documentation aspects of Employee Communications tools and projects. This role interacts regularly with senior executives and requires the ability to provide project leadership. The individual must have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in their discipline, usually determining their own work priorities and acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong technical skills in data reporting and analytics.
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the organization, documentation, and publication of all customer-impacting content and communications.
  • Coordinates with content providers in the design and development of job aids, learning tools, and other communications to enhance user effectiveness.
  • Creates systems and processes to execute similar communications across the field organization.
  • Creates strategy and messaging; reviews and edits content of communications materials to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines before publication.
  • Ensures prior approvals are coordinated and obtained before any document dissemination.
  • Leverages strong technical skills to support employee communications through data analysis, reporting, and scorecard development.
  • Maintains existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Designs and maintains user feedback reporting systems and provides actionable insights to ensure optimal communications performance.
  • Participates in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Keeps communications fresh, creative, and engaging.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
