As a Sr. Specialist, PowerApps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems. Customize and configure Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring scalability and performance. Design and implement data models, entities, and relationships within the Power Platform. Ensure data integrity and security. Develop and implement automated workflows and processes using Power Automate. Create and maintain interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI. Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and intermediate developers. Share best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals. Learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges, stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and capabilities. Propose and implement enhancements to existing solutions. Provide proactive and advanced support for Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently and independently.
