About The Position

The Senior Specialist - Package Implementation role focuses on being a Technical Configurator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Property & Casualty (P&C) Agency and Managing General Agent (MGA) platforms. The position requires hands-on expertise with Insurity ConceptOne and SureMGA platforms, along with a deep understanding of Property Casualty insurance operations, particularly in agency and MGA contexts. The role involves customization of MGA products and integration with downstream applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks in the US insurance market.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise with Insurity ConceptOne and SureMGA platforms.
• Deep understanding of Property Casualty PC Insurance, especially Agency and MGA operations.
• Good understanding of Forms, Rating, Billing, Claims Products.
• Experience with policy administration systems, underwriting workflows, and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks in the US insurance market.
• Experience in customization of any MGA product.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience playing the role of Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Technical Configurator and SME for P&C Agency and MGA platforms.
• Customize MGA products and integrate them with downstream applications.
• Engage with client stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Leads.
• Lead requirement workshops, document user stories, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review requirements and estimate work efforts.
