About The Position

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Specialist, Operations -Talent Management, to join our dynamic team. This role is a key member of the Learning & Development and Talent Management teams, playing a vital role in delivering impactful support that drives employee growth, engagement, and organizational success. The this role will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to administer, measure, report out on, and continuously improve talent and learning initiatives aligned with business goals though various systems. This position requires strong project management capabilities, critical thinking, and a data-driven mindset to enhance program effectiveness and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development.
  • Fluency with Workday Talent and Learning modules is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, project management, and program execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Able to deliver systems trainings and present out data as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational execution of the annual performance cycle, support Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, and administer engagement surveys and assessments.
  • Oversee course enrollments, maintain learning catalogs, and ensure timely delivery of sessions.
  • Generate reports on a regular cadence. Analyze talent and learning data and provide actionable insights to inform talent and learning strategies, and report out to the HR team on data.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors to manage platforms, holding them accountable to deliverables.
  • Maintain and support platforms including Workday performance and talent modules, Glint, Chronus, and HRSoft.
  • Create and maintain tools, guides, and training materials to support program delivery and adoption and occasionally delivery systems trainings for HR.
  • Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
