Requirements

• BS in Engineering with experience as Project Engineer (or equivalent).
• EIT, PE Certificate of Registration, and PMP certificate (preferred).
• Familiar with Engineering and HSE codes and standards.
• Advanced level knowledge of computer applications and other engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Issue Interface Management Plan including guidelines for defining and identifying Interface Points (IP).
• Direct, monitor, and document interface communications across Contractors and Third Parties per interface meetings.
• Maintain Interface Management software, including status of Interface Points, agreements, queries, and schedule dates.
• Identify and prioritize interfaces based on risk, tracking robust change management and timely resolution of issues.
• Champion workshare initiatives and manage the interface with other offices to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the project team and customer.
• Assist team members with obtaining personal protective gear and training as necessary.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with Safety in Design (SID) initiatives and technical guidelines.
• Document agreements with names of attendees and issue meeting minutes.
• Monitor purchase commitments and subcontracts to ensure design, fabrication, delivery, and execution align with project requirements.
• Conduct monthly project Interface meetings and issue meeting notes in a timely fashion.
• Actively participate in interactive planning sessions; identify sequence and timing issues from a discipline perspective.
