L3Harris is seeking an experienced, proactive and solutions focused Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) who will be responsible for conducting investigations of allegations of disrespectful behavior, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, labor mischarging, conflicts of interest, fraud and other alleged violations of L3Harris' Code of Conduct or policies. The ECO will also be responsible for identifying and driving effective corrective actions and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of compliance concerns. In addition, the ECO will provide advice to employees on ethics and compliance (E&C) topics and drive effective employee engagement, ethics and compliance communication and training initiatives to foster an ethical and compliant culture throughout the organization. The ECO will report directly to the Director, Ethics & Compliance and provide support to various stakeholders including legal, human resources, finance, operations, quality, supply chain and security leaders across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating effective and scalable processes, driving technology adoption, spearheading change management initiatives, developing key metrics to assess trends, and nurturing and managing relationships, is extremely organized and is always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.
