About The Position

The Learning and Development Senior Specialist plays a critical role in providing the operational backbone required for enterprise-scale learning delivery across Learning & Career Enablement. This role will manage the tuition reimbursement process, event planning, program activations, reporting, and logistics. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning & Career Enablement, the Senior L&D Specialist ensures reliable, high-quality delivery across learning and career programs by owning core operational workflows, supporting program execution, and partnering closely with Learning & Career Enablement leaders and program managers. This role is based in our New York headquarters on a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in learning operations, program coordination, HR operations, or a related function.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise learning programs through scheduling, logistics, reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience using learning data and metrics to support reporting, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in program delivery and operations.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite and comfort working in learning systems such as Workday Learning or comparable platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholder groups.
  • High attention to detail paired with strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI-enabled tools to support coordination, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise learning or career development program management.
  • Experience with tuition reimbursement administration, vendor invoicing, or program budgeting support.
  • Experience supporting live, virtual, and hybrid learning programs at scale.
  • Exposure to program management, facilitation support, or instructional design execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational execution and coordination for enterprise learning and career programs across L&CE.
  • Independently manage vendor contracting workflows in partnership with Procurement and program owners.
  • Own scheduling and logistics for learning programs, including calendars, room bookings, catering, AV, materials, and swag distribution.
  • Lead data tracking and reporting across Workday Learning and related systems to support enrollment, participation, outcomes, and dashboards.
  • Administer and manage the tuition reimbursement program, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
  • Deliver end-to-end production and event support, including run of show execution, room setup, facilitator preparation, breakout management, chat moderation, and survey distribution.
  • Maintain organized program documentation and shared resources across Google Drive and enterprise systems.
  • Partner closely with Learning & Career Enablement leaders and program managers to anticipate needs and ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational friction across the learning ecosystem.
  • Apply strong judgment, attention to detail, and ownership to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality program execution.
