Get to Know Our Team We work closely with regional and country Supply (sales) teams and with partners across Booking Holdings, including Priceline, to: Drive commercial performance and operational excellence Identify and optimize growth opportunities across hotel supply Improve internal processes and tools Support data driven decision-making with robust analytics and reporting A key part of this role is to act as a bridge between Agoda and Priceline teams, helping both sides understand each other's context, constraints, and goals, and finding practical ways to work together effectively. The Opportunity We are looking for a Lead, Regional Operations & Strategy (Remote - USA) to support our Regional Management Office in driving performance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across both Agoda and Priceline. This role combines project management, operations / process excellence, and business intelligence / analytics, with a strong "translator / connector" component. You will: Support and lead regional and global initiatives involving both Agoda and Priceline teams Drive end-to-end project execution where processes, tools, and incentives may differ between companies Build and maintain reporting and analytical frameworks that work across both organizations Partner closely with Supply / Business Development, Operations, and Strategy stakeholders in both Agoda and Priceline to translate data and strategy into concrete, measurable outcomes You will often be the bridge between teams: translating terminology, expectations, and ways of working from one company to the other, surfacing operational differences, and helping stakeholders converge on a workable middle ground. This is a remote role based in the United States, collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Typically 2-5 years of experience in operations, strategy, project/program support, business intelligence, or management consulting, ideally in a fast paced, data driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience working with data to answer business questions.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data manipulation and modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or similar query language) and experience with BI / data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience driving workstreams or projects (even without direct reports): managing tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering on timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); able to explain complex topics clearly and tailor the message to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive, "get it done" attitude.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in internet, ecommerce, technology, or travel industries.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Regional Operations.
  • Prior exposure to cross company or cross brand projects (e.g., within a group like Booking Holdings or other multi-brand organizations).
  • Experience designing or improving internal tools or workflows for commercial teams.
  • Advanced analytics skills (e.g., Python/R, experimentation frameworks) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support and sometimes lead cross company projects and pilots that involve Agoda and Priceline stakeholders, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Translate high-level goals from each company into a joint project plan with well-defined deliverables and owners.
  • Track progress against milestones, flag risks or blockers early, and help drive issues to resolution.
  • Prepare concise updates and materials for senior stakeholders, summarizing progress, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Map, compare, and document operational processes between Agoda and Priceline (e.g., partner onboarding, inventory and rate management, promos and campaigns, support workflows).
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and conflicts in how the two organizations operate; propose pragmatic, mutually acceptable solutions.
  • Work with internal systems and tools to ensure data accuracy and proper execution of commercial levers.
  • Support daytoday operational excellence across regional Supply teams, including campaign execution, partner data quality, and adoption of standard processes.
  • Cocreate and maintain bridge documentation (process maps, RACI, data definitions, terminology glossaries) that help teams on both sides work together smoothly.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics at country / region / segment level (e.g., production, coverage, conversion, partner engagement, campaign performance).
  • Use SQL and Excel/BI tools to extract, transform, and analyze data, turning it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility on performance and initiative impact for Agoda and Priceline stakeholders.
  • Reconcile metrics, definitions, and data structures between the two companies, and highlight where differences in KPIs or definitions lead to misalignment.
  • Provide data driven recommendations for how to compare, harmonize, or translate these metrics across organizations.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Agoda and Priceline stakeholders on selected initiatives.
  • Translate topics, language, and context between the two companies-for example, aligning on what a term, metric, or process means in each environment.
  • Facilitate workshops, syncs, and working sessions to explore operational differences and guide stakeholders toward a "happy middle point" that is feasible, scalable, and beneficial for both sides.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other central teams as needed to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and implementation details.
