The Integrated Media Strategy team is responsible for partnering with internal brand and channel teams, as well as external agencies to develop full funnel paid media strategies across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. The customer is at the center of everything we do and our goal is to reach and engage target audiences through both online and offline channels, while maintaining efficiency and driving sales. We work closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Lifecycle, PMO, Finance & Analytics. We are media experts who are curious and passionate about driving change. We are rooted in analytics and are constantly learning about our customers in order to effectively reach them.
